Cary Enterprises established Violet Estates LLC in September 2018. Violet Estates is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cary Enterprises formed for the purposes of managing real estate located inHampton Roads and Northern Virginia.
Violet Estates generates capital for the parent holding company and its subsidiaries. Capital is generated through active and passive investment of real estate by way of rentals/flipping, and online real estate investment platforms.
